As a Lead Product Designer, I've managed My RBC product providing personalised content for our Users

In 2023 there weren't proper functioning processes for Design System in RBC. As a Lead Product Designer, I've managed the processes to improve Design System and provide consistency to RBC's products

In 2023–2024 the I've scaled RBC's Product Design Team from 3 to 10 designers. To make Onboarding process easier, I've managed a new clearly structured self-Onboarding. From now on Product Designers may onboard themselves during the first working week
